Island Wedding

St. Kilda is an island in the Scottish Hebrides which had a population of only 100 people when it was evacuated in 1930. Now it is a World Heritage Site. I first heard the tune on Alasdair Fraser’s CD with Natalie Haas, “Fire & Grace.” I paired it with the strathspey, Garthlands, a tune from the 18th century, and named after an estate in Scotland.
